PAYMENT TERMS

  • 60 % in Advance for Property Booking & Blocking
  • 40 % in Advance before the start of the Tour

 

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Once you confirm the package and dates of arrival, do inform respective executive. They will be sending an email with all details including our account number & bank details .Once you transfer advance booking will be initiated.

We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with cost difference.

Once booking is completed you will receive Hotel voucher (This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher).

Cab details will be forwarded through SMS, Email or Whatsapp one day prior to arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

AMENDMENT

We try to amend a service without any extra charge if the booking policy of hotels permits and depends on the availability of rooms. Tour once commenced should adhere to the finalized itinerary and any extra expenses for amendments have to be bared by the guest directly.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 2000/- or 4% of package rate (whichever is higher) + cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/houseboat/vehicle policy.

 

All refund will be processed within two weeks on receipt of email.

Above 30 days   70% of package rate

15 to 29 days     50% of package rate

Less than 15 days or no show – NO REFUND

In case of early departure because of any unforeseen incidents, we tries to withdraw all bookings there forth and refund will be solely depends on the amount, which can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, but will assist you in the best possible way.
