CONDITIONS

• In Wayanad, the tourist spots are spread in four different routes and those all can be covered only in four days.
• In Coorg also the tourist spots are spread in three different routes which in which we require three days to cover all the spots.
• However the limited days stay in Wayanad, Coorg and Ooty will have impact on the actual customized Itinerary above to shorten the entry spots.
• The rooms in Wayanad ,Ooty & Coorg are A/c as the weather is cold there.
• All the Properties in the above Package are Deluxe Rooms.
• Premium Rooms are to be taken if air-conditioning rooms are required in Wayanad
• We strongly suggest that you should check the reviews and locations Of the hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention
• Some attractions may be closed by the government authorities due to bad weather conditions & subsequently, we will have to amend (add or delete some attractions). We are not responsible for the actions taken by government authorities.
• We will suggest to the guest with other alternative attractions during the tour. The day tour timing is 9.00 AM to 5.00 Pm .However we will have to move early to get the tickets at some destinations

PAYMENT TERMS

• 100 % in Advance for Property Booking & Blocking the Property & Vehicle as the Package Date is less than 30 Days.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

• Once you confirm the package and dates of arrival, do inform the respective executive. They will be sending an email with all details including our account number & bank details. Once you transfer advance booking will be initiated.
• We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with cost difference.
• Once booking is completed you will receive Hotel voucher (This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher).
• Cab details will be forwarded through SMS, Email or Whatsapp one day prior to arrival.

AMENDMENTS

• We try to amend a service without any extra charge if the booking policy of hotel permits and depends on the availability of rooms. Tour once commenced should adhere to the finalized itinerary and the guest must bear any additional expenses for amendments.

CANCELLATIONS

• All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.
• Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 2000/- or 4% of package rate (whichever is higher) + cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/houseboat/vehicle policy.
• All refund will be processed within two weeks on receipt of email.
• The Hotel Policy will be used for Refunds. Each Property will have its own hotel policy.
• In case of early departure because of any unforeseen incidents, we tries to withdraw all bookings there forth and the refund will be solely depends on the amount, which can be recovered from
  unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, but will assist you in the best possible way.
