he Kochi-Muziris Biennale art exhibition, held once every two years, was supposed to take place in 2020-21, but was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So here we are, this year, with the 5th edition of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale. The art exhibition will be on till April 10, 2023. There will be exhibitions in different locations spread across Kochi, Muziris and other surrounding areas.
The Kochi-Muziris Biennale is a celebration of contemporary art from not only India, but also from around the world. The exhibition gives space to various mediums such as films, art installation, paintings, sculptures, performance art and new media (digital technology). Along with these interesting art exhibitions, there will also be several sessions like talks, seminars, special screenings, music performances, educational activities for children, and workshop sessions with experts.

By air: The nearest airport is the Cochin International Airport, located approximately 45 km.
