• Galla Dinner for Christmas & New year is mandatory for the properties with additional charges to be paid separately
• The rooms in Wayanad is Non A/c as the weather is cold there.
• All the Properties in the above Package are Deluxe Rooms.
• Premium Rooms are to be taken if air-conditioning rooms are required in Wayanad
• Children aged below 5 years shall be complimentary without bed
• Children aged above 5 years and up to 12 years shall be charged at child rates.
• Guests above 12 years shall be charged at adult rates.
• We strongly suggest that you should check the reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention
• Some attractions may be closed by the government authorities due to bad weather conditions & subsequently we will have to amend (add or delete some attractions). We are not responsible for the action taken by
• government authorities.
• We will suggest the guest with other alternative attractions during the tour.

The day tour timing is 9.00 AM to 5.00 Pm However we will have to move early to get the tickets at some destinations.

100 % in Advance for Property Booking & Blocking the Property & Vehicle as the Package Date is less than 15 Days.

Once you confirm the package and dates of arrival, do inform the respective executive. They will be sending an email with all details including our account number & bank details. Once you transfer advance booking will be initiated.

We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with cost difference.

Once booking is completed you will receive Hotel voucher (This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher).

Cab details will be forwarded through SMS, Email or Whatsapp one day prior to arrival.

AMENDMENT

We try to amend a service without any extra charge if the booking policy of hotels permits and depends on the availability of rooms. Tour once commenced should adhere to the finalized itinerary and any extra expenses for amendments have to be bared by the guest directly.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 2000/- or 4% of package rate (whichever is higher) + cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/houseboat/vehicle policy.

All refund will be processed within two weeks on receipt of email.

Above 30 days        70% of the package rate

15 to 29 days         50% of the package rate

Less than 15 days or no show – NO REFUND

In case of early departure because of any unforeseen incidents, we tries to withdraw all bookings there forth and the refund will be solely depends on the amount, which can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, but will assist you in the best possible way.
